counseling is available for troubles in daily life.

welfare coverage, nursery schools, medical cost assistance,
welfare treatment, taxes, transportation services, juvenile
services, woman services, commerce, industry, tourism, agriculture,
pollution, public sanitation, vaccinations, international
exchange, education, water, roads, rivers, parks, housing,
and so on.
People who do not understand Japanese, should have someone
who does telephone or come in to City hall with them.
